Last weekend Charlie had his car meet friends over again. This time more people showed up. I smoked pork shoulder to make pulled pork, smoked pork ribs and grilled lamb on skewers. Stuff was coming off the smoker and grill as people arrived so I forgot to take pictures. A couple days ago we had grilled lamb kabobs again with left overs.
