Smoked Steelhead Trout for lunch.



I love orange juice squeezed from Valencia oranges. The problem is they aren't in season very long,  but they are in now and Walmart has them. While I was there, I saw this big filet and decided it would be good cooked with apple wood smoke.  I also smoked a tomato topped with bread crumbs and butter and a couple ears of corn.  An hour and a half was a little too long for the corn but it was still tender and juicy.
