Instant Pot pot roast.




Tonight's dinner was a chuck roast in the Instant Pot with potatoes, turnips and parsnips.  We also had some Southern style green beans and sourdough bread that was baked a couple days ago.

Pot roast and root vegetables were cooked with a little water, a pack of dry Italian dressing, brown gravy mix and a package of Ranch dressing. I made gravy with the broth.
