Dinner today was grilled steaks, roasted potatoes and strawberries with angle food cake.

Roasted potatoes:  Peel and cut potaoes into thirds.  Boil in salted water 5 min. Let sit and steam dry, add salt and pepper and coat with oil. Bade @ 400º 20 minutes, turn and cook another 20 min or until browned and crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside.
