Charlie got a bottle of Teriyaki sauce from his favorite Teriyaki Chicken restaurant and I used it to grill some thighs. We also had a salad with the China Coast dressing he said all the Teriyaki restaurants in Seattle used and some rice.
China Coast salad dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 10 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp white granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
