Buffalo wings, Farmhouse slaw, corn and rice.

 

Farmhouse Apple Coleslaw 

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a serving bowl, combine the cabbage, apple, raisins, celery and onion. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Corn in the oven with husks
DirectionsArrange a rack in the middle of the oven; preheat to 400°F. Leave the corn on the cob with its husks and silks attached. Arrange the corn on the oven rack lengthwise and spaced 1 inch apart.Roast for 30 minutes. Remove the center cob and pull back the husks just enough to test for doneness; the corn should have swollen shiny kernels with a few browned ones too.Remove the corn from the oven. Let cool for 15 minutes. Wrap a kitchen towel around the base of a corn cob to hold it without getting burned as the husks retain some heat. Pull back the husks and silks at the same time; they will come off easily.

Chicken wings cooked in air frier according to instructions and sauced with
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 3 oz butter, melted
  • 1/4 C hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
