Pork Chops & Baked Potatoes on new grill


Pork Chops marinated then grilled to 160º internal temp.  Potatoes also baked on grill.  Green beans boiled with onion until tender, held until ready to eat then reheated in skillet with onion, bacon and salt.   Salad dressing made with orange vinegar, rice bran oil, dijon mustard, squeeze of lemon and dash of truffle oil + salt.

marinade for pork.

2 C. orange juice
1/4 C. Cointreau
2 tsp. Dijon
1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 C, Ponzu


marinate 6 pork chops 2 hours.
