I was surprised to see D'Artagnan products at the grocery store. They are usually too expensive when you add shipping but these were just there so I got some Heritage hog chorizo and Anoouille. I also got some duck fat but didn't use any of that today. I made some Hollandaise for the asparagus and we used some homemade mustard that I made a while back. We also had bacon, cream cheese and butter for the baked potatoes. The hollandaise was good on the potatoes too.
