Breaded chicken cutlets, linguine, bechamel with romano and green beans for dinner tonight

Three chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise and longways, dipped in salted flour, dipped in beaten egg and dredged in panko, salt and pepper, Romano cheese.  Brown in butter and oil in skillet, transfer to a foil lined pan and bake in overn@ 400ยบ for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile melt butter in skillet, add flour and brown slightly.  Add milk and cream and grated Romano cheese until thickened.

Green beans were from a can.
